Anthony Birkett 7a377c1d75 Add "About Printer" information menu.
Includes:
  *firmware version / branch / date.
  *extruder count
  *board information (name, serial details, power supply type)
  *thermistors (names, min/max temperatures)
  *printer statistics (PRINTCOUNTER details)
