Added _fiction_ resizing for correct MainFrame rendering after DPI changed_object

+ Added a calculation of a empty bitmaps inside presets in respect to em_unit (to avoid assert)
 + Added scaling for PrintHostDialogs and MsgDialog
 + some code refactoring
