Localization: Updated POT and dictionaries for CZ, PL, IT, ES, DE, FR

+ Fixed phrases in Tab.cpp, hints.ini, NotificationManager.cpp
+ POs for CA, KR, NL, BR, RU, TR, UK, ZH are merged with new POT
+ Updated all MO files
