b9da42eb67 creality.ini: raise remaining PLA bed temperatures to 60 
While doing a bunch of bed adhesion tests, both on Creality's
FakeTak as well as on smooth PEI, while 50 degrees seems to work
with most lower temp PLAs at least, but less so with the higher
temp PLAs, it universally requires the first layer height to be
dialed in much better to not get any warping.

With the bed temperature set to 60 degrees, there is much more
leeway in the first layer height while still getting unwarped
prints.

Particularly given that most Creality printers don't have ABL as
standard, I think it might sense from a robustness perspective
to have all PLAs default to at least 60 degrees, as to increase
chances prints will come out just fine.

077cc1e5ff creality.ini: Add Devil Design PLA Galaxy (Glitter) 
This glitter PLA requires a significantly higher hot end temp to
get a similar amount of flow as the same brands counterpart
regular PLA filament

It even needs a slightly higher bed temp to prevent warping on
sharp corners

90f1cb3414 creality.ini: introduce slow abl variant start_gcode 
printers with a large bed are probably more prone to heat induced
bed warping, there we'll split up our abl start_gcode in fast
and slow variants, where printers with a smaller bed like
the Ender-3 will still use the fast variant, printers with
a large bed like the CR-10 will use the slow variant which
heats up the bed before starting the abl procedure.

3b63b0eca0 creality.ini: lower Creality PLA temp 
Based on test-dog.gcode on the SD card included with the Enter 3 Pro

M190 S50.000000
M109 S200.000000

I also did a temperature tower test with the sample filament spool included
with my Ender 3 Pro, which I still hadn't opened.

And at all temps 190-215C I've seen fairly poor bridging, with 190C being the
least worst. I still have to test, but it'll likely perform well at 185C.

The semitranslucent white PLA included with my Ender 3 Pro, probably has a
matting agent in it, which explains why it's very flowy, and very similar
in performance to another Matte PLA filament I have, which also exhibits
poor bridging at even moderate temperatures.

For the time being, let's stick with Creality's own sample settings.

2ad9a0c995 General print quality improvements. 
After reviewing many test prints, these changes to print speeds and to line widths seem to have a positive improvement on print quality with BIBO2 printers.

Additionally several items were made more consistant especially with the external_perimeter_speed values.

2e1aef87a1 The import of system profiles was improved to not inherit 
the "renamed_from" field as it is specific to a concrete profile.

Prusa Research system profile was annotated with "renamed_from"
to indicate that the PETG profiles were renamed from PET somewhere
after PrusaSlicer 2.2.1 release.

f71d3e63f2 Changed location of vendor specific thumbnail images of printers: 
These images are newly stored inside the resources/profiles/VENDOR_NAME/,
they should be named by the printer_model identifier suffixed with
"_thumbnail.png"

All the existing printer thumbnails were moved and renamed,
thumbnails for the 3rd party printers were added, marked as Beta.

8bf53370c1 Bumped up version number 2.2.0-alpha3, 
so that the updated bundled profiles may require this version
(2.2.0-alpha3) or newer.
This change is needed for the clients to be forced to update
the configurations to see the print bed, as the print bed model and
image are no more hard coded, but they are referenced from
the vendor specific Preset Bundle.

71b1e09af9 T1 and M702 C are now evaluated by the time estimator to add the new 
"filament_load_time" and "filament_unload_time" values to match
the MK3 MMU2 behavior.

Emitting of the remaining times into the output G-code was made optional
through a new "remaining_times" configuration value, so the firmware
flavors and versions, which do not know the M73 code, will not complain.

Configuration changes:

The wipe tower default position was shifted inwards after the wipe tower
coordinate reference point was changed from the center to the left front
corner.

Added the "filament_load_time" and "filament_unload_time" values
to the MK3 MMU filament profiles.

Enabled "remaining_times" for the MK2.5, MK3 and MK3MMU2 printers.

db8ba5fb76 New parameter "single_extruder_multi_material_priming" to be able 
to suppress the MM priming towers.
The PrusaResearch.ini was modified for the MMU2 printers to
correctly prime the initial extruder when
single_extruder_multi_material_priming is disabled.

0660862058 For the Marlin firmware, the machine envelope G-code is emitted 
based on the Slic3r printer profile.

Also the bundled config has been updated, so that the machine envelope
G-code values were removed and the new Slic3r printer profile values
were updated with the former G-code values.

Slic3r version has been bumped up to 1.41.0-alpha for the configuration
files to work.

82890ec815 Removed some obsolete Perl binding. 
Added Version Index "version" method.
Implemented automatic selection of default_print_profile and
default_filament_profile, when the print / filament profiles are
not compatible with the selected printer profile.
Fixed selection of a printer profile, if the currently selected
printer profile becomes invisible.

b62f721ea6 Replaced the Prusa specific config bundles with a single PrusaResearch.ini, 
so the Wizard will now offer just a single file. This file was copied
from the profile_inheritance branch to test the new profile hierarchy
before the branch gets merged into the master.

fec1fcdca8 Separated the Marlin G-code flavor from the RepRap G-code flavor 
due to the differences in the M203 code
(RepRap firmware has it in mm/min, Marlin in mm/sec).
This difference is important to the G-code time estimator.

Changed the g-code flavor to Marlin for all Prusa3D bundled profiles.
