Remove '_utf8' makro.
...
(Initially, it was used because of using of boost::format for localized lines. But now It's better to use format and formal_wxstr functions)
+ Fixed missed marks for localization
+ Added missed filed to localization to the list.txt

WIP: Moved sources int src/, separated most of the source code from Perl.
...
The XS was left only for the unit / integration tests, and it links
libslic3r only. No wxWidgets are allowed to be used from Perl starting
from now.
