fix(build): Do not replace CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS
CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS contains, among other things, the LDFLAGS which many distros use to universally apply linker flags. When completely replacing CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS, these flags are lost.
