WIP: Moved sources int src/, separated most of the source code from Perl.
...
The XS was left only for the unit / integration tests, and it links
libslic3r only. No wxWidgets are allowed to be used from Perl starting
from now.

Removed Point::scale(),translate(),coincides_with(),distance_to(),
...
distance_to_squared(),perp_distance_to(),negative(),vector_to(),
translate(), distance_to() etc,
replaced with the Eigen equivalents.

Performance improvements of the MotionPlanner
...
(rewrote the Dijkstra shortest path algorithm to use a binary priority
heap instead of a dumb O(n^2) algorithm, added some bounding box tests
to avoid expensive in-polygon tests if possible).
