3d9df02f5f When accessing the localized web pages provided by Prusa Research, 
only those language codes are now passed to the Prusa Research
web server, which are currently supported.
For example, there is no web page for "en_UK", the "en_UK" code will be
translated to "en_US".

a0ea96968d Storing the active printer technology onto the Undo / Redo stack, 
remembering the last selected Printer profile for the SLA and FDM
technologies separately, and activating them on Undo / Redo.

When switching the technologies, user is asked whether to discard
the modified profiles or not.

d409abf4c6 Reverted a change specific to Win32 to try to set Win32 locale 
for the decimal point. This only works for the current user's locale
and it changes it system wide.

a7d8146198 Fix of #1501 
"Po přepnutí do češtiny program zhavaruje a nejde znovu spustit"
Fixed wxWidgets assert, where the Win32 decimal point was different
from wxWidgets locales decimal point.
Fixed by calling the Win32 "set locale" function directly.
Not sure I know what I am doing, this fix needs to be tested throughly.

fbbfcf70d3 File wildcards now include an extension of a file provided 
as a default. This is useful for the G-code or SLA export,
as one may chose his own file extension for the export file.

d46d0dc365 Implemented naming of the SLA export file based on the output file name 
template.

Reworked naming of the plater exports to not use the output file name
template, but to derive the file name from the first printable object's name.

Fixed error handling: Reimpemented the Perl's "eval" blocks
as try / catch blocks.

a378bb7bed Removed some obsolete Perl bindings. 
Removed libslic3r from the default include paths for all modules but
libslic3r. Now headers from libslic3r need to be included with an
explicit path (libslic3r/libslic3r.h etc)
Split the localization macros into I18N.{cpp,h}
