dd1fd66a47 Added possibility for upload to Duet 
Further changes:
- Added new configuration option Host Type
- Added abstract base class for future printer hosts
- Moved location of upload dialog (also made it a little bit more configureable)
- added possibility to send file via postfield instead a new frame

2fae893af2 Fixed #998 
Added detection of gtk2/gtk3 GUI libraries required by Alien::wxWidgets.
Added gtk2/gtk3 include paths, so we may call gtk2/3 API directly if needed for some workaround.

Disabled m_btn_delete_preset for default and system presets.
Enabled update of the current preset if it was modified and selected again.

f5ae470e5e Completed translation to Ukrainian. 
* Signs of degree are returned to UTF-8 in PrintConfig.
* Changed _LU8 macro. It's translated now like string explicitly specified as a string is already in UTF-8 encoding.

12b9a513c1 Escape from try/catch in Tab and OptionsGroup 
* Deleted  macro _LU8 from GUI.hpp. It's used only in Option class now.
* Added macro _LS to mark string used at localization (It returns same string)
