dcec1fa749 Commented out fuzzy_skin_shape for now, the parameter may be used 
in the future, but for now we don't want the parameter to be stored
into configuration files.

306acbdfb4 Improvement of Improve error reporting with buggy custom G-code sections #1516 
Errors in the file output templates are reported in mono-spaced font,
so that the arrow character ^ is displayed at the right column
pointing to the offending spot.

WIP: The hints do not rescale when switching the "usage" combo box.
The new g-code time estimator needs to be updated to not read
the machine limits if not enabled.

a7ffd2a6fe GUI::show_error() is now generalized for std::string and const char* 
Fixed return type of std::string translate_utf8() with context
(incorrectly returned wxString, should return std::string).
Fixed double translation of BackgroundSlicingProcess::validate() in Plater.

a0ea96968d Storing the active printer technology onto the Undo / Redo stack, 
remembering the last selected Printer profile for the SLA and FDM
technologies separately, and activating them on Undo / Redo.

When switching the technologies, user is asked whether to discard
the modified profiles or not.

a378bb7bed Removed some obsolete Perl bindings. 
Removed libslic3r from the default include paths for all modules but
libslic3r. Now headers from libslic3r need to be included with an
explicit path (libslic3r/libslic3r.h etc)
Split the localization macros into I18N.{cpp,h}
