b3b800de65 Refactoring of RemovableDriveManager: 
1) On Windows and Linux, the device enumeration now runs at a background
   thread, while it ran on the UI thread on idle, which may have been
   blocking on some rare Windows setups, see GH #3515 #3733 #3746 #3766
2) On OSX, the device enumeration now relies on OS callback, no
   polling is required.
3) Refactored for cleaner interface.

1472ad9b14 To fix blurred icons under OSX there is implemented PresetBitmapComboBox, derived from wxBitmapComboBox, 
which now will be used for preset choosers on sidebar a preset tabs.

+ for BitmapCache class added m_scale used for correct scaling of SVG images on Retina displays

+ some code clearing from unused functions or function's parameters

d937ac1ed3 Forcing a print bed update after config or config bundle is loaded. 
The solution is hackish, but a major refactoring would be needed
to avoid multiple refreshes of the print bed, and to avoid
expensive checks at Plater::on_config_change() every time
a config value changes at a parameter tab.

Fixed layouts after the second opening of the dialog.
 (Removing any extruder from the sequence does not cause an incorrect layout)
Validation of entered values added
 (0 is not a valid value)

9836533cb3 Hollowing task triggered by the gizmo now spawns a UI job to not block the UI thread 
The AABB tree calculation is still done in the UI thread, so it gets blocked for some time

f958cfd2ff ENABLE_3DCONNEXION_DEVICES - 1st installment of support for 3Dconnexion devices 
Implemented using hidapi library (https://github.com/libusb/hidapi) and https://github.com/koenieee/CrossplatformSpacemouseDriver/tree/master/SpaceMouseDriver as reference

Unsolved issues:

- When manipulating the SpaceNavigator wxWidgets generates a mouse wheel event that needs to be filtered out

- wxWidgets does not detect devices being connected/disconnected to the pc

- Current state forces a continuous rendering

- Current state misses dependence on camera zoom

- Non intuitive movement limits

- Translation and rotation speed factors are hardcoded

- Number of device buttons hardcoded

1) Reworked void Plater::priv::reload_from_disk() to be more general

2) Added source data to class ModelVolume

3) Modified .3mf import/export to save/load volume matrices and source data

4) Incremented .3mf version to 2
