a0ea96968d Storing the active printer technology onto the Undo / Redo stack, 
remembering the last selected Printer profile for the SLA and FDM
technologies separately, and activating them on Undo / Redo.

When switching the technologies, user is asked whether to discard
the modified profiles or not.

e674c586b0 Merge branch 'lm_improving_wipe_tower'. Summary of changes: 
- wipe tower respects max volumetric flow, slowing down with PVA etc is not hardcoded anymore
- wipe tower is now allowed for multiple-extruder printers. single extruder stuff is not used in that case (ramming, cooling, etc.)
- start/end filament and toolchange custom gcodes are now inserted differently than before - see 41164a9
- some refactoring, e.g. the abstract WipeTower class was eradicated

79fe6b9db3 Fix of switching the default print / filament / sla print / sla material 
profiles after switching the technology from FFF to SLA and vice versa.
The solution is to keep the print / filament / sla print / sla material
settings undefined until the particular technology is activated for
the first time. Then the settings name persists indefinitely even
if all the printes for that particular printer technology are deleted.

f5516f24c4 Fix of 1.42 beta crash when deleting printer profile created by configuration assistant #1985 
Fixed an issue, where deleting a profile did not correctly update
profile dependences, and deleting a profile would not test dirty status
of depending profiles, which would be switched thus user changes would be lost.

Fixed enabling / disabling the --default FFF-- / --default SLA-- profiles
when deleting the last printer profile.

Little refactoring (don't compare by strings but by symbolic names).

Making a copy of a profile - "Copy" suffix is added to a system profile.

e3cba0a65a Introduced the "slice_closing_radius" to define, how large gaps 
will be closed after triangle mesh slicing.
The value is set to 0.049 by default, which corresponds to the hard
coded default in Slic3r-1.41.3.

See issues #520 #820 #1029 #1364 for the reference of why we need
the parameter for being able to print some specific models.

6b70f60460 Fix of SPE-753 
Slicer crash when SLA printer is selected and printer profile is changed

First, there was a bug in the preset Tabs, where a "printer_technology"
was incorrectly queried on "print" and "filament"
(or "sla_print" and "sla_material") profiles.

Second, there was an unsafe "printer_technology" getter, which would add
the missing key to the config container when queried for.

5b1c1d5922 Fixed a bug in the Win32 start wrapper (wrong number of parameters was passed for the GUI slic3r.exe). 
Reworked command line processing for the GUI slic3r. Now the config is loaded first, then the model files (also the configs from AMF/3MF are applied), and lastly the free standing parameters are applied.
Fixed unescaping for command line parameters. The string parameters are now not unescaped, string vector parameters are unescaped only if enquoted.
Tab::load_current_preset() - disabled CallAfter for predictability. With CallAfter, it was difficult to call the method in sequence with other methods.
Fixed some missing ->Destroy() calls on dialogs created from MainFrame
Fixed some compiler warnings.
